How do I trace or track my parcel?
Click the Track Package Link above and Enter the Waybill No. given to you when your package was picked up.

I have a website can my customers track the delivery there?
Yes. If you have a website or your company is a market place there is an API where you can use to intigrate to track your parcels.

How do I register at DPX Philippines?
Simply fill out the form in our homepage. You will be directed to our registration page where you will supply your contact information. Submitting all the required information will make you a registered DPX member.

Is there a pickup fee?
No. We do not charge a pickup fee.

Is there a package limit?
NO, there is no package limit. We offer FREE pick up for your shipment(s).

How do I schedule a pickup?
You may schedule your pick up at our website by signing in to your DPX account.

What days do you pick up and deliver?
We pick up and deliver from Monday to Saturday. We don't have operations on Sundays.

Can I request for a specific pickup time?
No, as we cannot predict road conditions every day and pick-up/delivery will be based from our riders daily itinerary.

When is your cut-off time for booking a pickup?
For Mondays to Fridays, our booking cut-off is at 2 PM. For Saturdays, our booking cut-off is at 12 PM.
NOTE: Please be informed that accommodation of SAME DAY shipments is not allowed. -
What are your operating hours?
We operate from Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM (excluding holiday).

What are the sizes of your pouches?
1.) Small Pouch - 6x12
2.) Medium Pouch - 9x14
3.) Large Pouch - 12x18 -
What if my item does not fit any of your pouches?
If it doesn't fit in the pouch, item will be measured by weight or volume, whichever is higher.

What if I don't know the weight of my package?
Courier that will pick up the item can weigh the item for you or can be weighed at our office.

How will the payment be made?
Payment is made upon pickup.

Do you accept electronic gadgets for shipment?
Yes. DPX accepts electronic gadgets for shipment, but only for our covered areas and should be properly packed (secure box w/ bubble wrap).

Do you offer insurance?
Yes. We are offering the DPX insurance as an add on service. Our valuation/insurance charge for Metro Manila deliveries is P1.00 for P100.00 and Maximum insurable value per shipment is P3000.00.

What is the chargeable weight?
Chargeable weight is the actual or volumetric weight of the package, whichever is higher.

How do I compute for volumetric weight?
For local shipments, we get the volumetric weight by multiplying the length (L), width (W) and height (H) in centimeters and dividing it by 3500.
